2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on our website or services was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

3. Repeat Infringers
BizFluence LLP (Formerly RaeonTech) reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers under the DMCA or other applicable copyright laws.
